About Jordan.
Mobile Occupational Therapy servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the North Central Coast.
A Little About Me.
I’m Jordan, a beach-loving, outdoorsy soul, new mum, and occupational therapist who’s passionate about helping people live more comfortably, confidently, and independently in their everyday lives.
I graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2016 and have since had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, including hospital rehab and community-based care. I spent time living and working in the UK, which gave me a broader perspective on life, people, and how diverse care really can be.
Since 2020, I’ve been working in the community and NDIS space here in Australia, and I’m currently balancing life as a mobile OT with part-time work in hospital rehab and life at home with my first baby. Returning from maternity leave has brought a whole new depth to how I connect with families, and I’m constantly inspired by the resilience and joy in the everyday.
I value time outdoors, staying active, and connecting with people in real, honest ways. I’m committed to evidence-based, client-centred practice but also to keeping things human. That means listening, being flexible, and meeting people exactly where they are.
My Core Values.
Collaboration
I believe everyone deserves access to quality care in a welcoming, supportive environment. I work together with participants, families, caregivers, and other professionals to create tailored, person-centred care plans that prioritise the needs and aspirations of those I support.
Compassion
I am committed to delivering empathetic, person-centred care, ensuring that clients feel heard, valued, and respected every step of the way.
Empowerment
I believe in lifting others to achieve their fullest potential. By creating an environment where autonomy, confidence, and creativity thrive, I empower individuals to make meaningful contributions to their lives.
Adaptable
I embrace change as an opportunity for growth. By staying flexible and resourceful, I thrive in dynamic environments and approach challenges with an open mind.
Joy
Therapy can be fun, motivating, and full of small wins. I believe in celebrating progress in all its forms and helping people find moments of joy along the way.
How I Work With You.
I offer mobile occupational therapy because I know that people feel most comfortable in their own space. Whether it's your home or a local community setting, I come to you to make therapy more accessible, familiar, and less overwhelming.
My sessions are down-to-earth, collaborative, and always shaped around what’s important to you or your loved one. I take the time to listen, observe, and really understand your goals not just from a clinical point of view, but in the context of your life.
I work flexibly and practically, drawing on evidence-based strategies while tailoring everything to fit your unique circumstances. You won’t find a one-size-fits-all approach here — just genuine support, thoughtful planning, and someone in your corner every step of the way.
